Ceibh House
The challenge was to transform what was formerly an unfinished dwelling at the end of a cul de sac in a residential estate into a luxurious, contemporary and energy efficient home.
The design comprised of a ‘wrap around’ rear & side extension containing an extended Kitchen, new Living Room and a covered outdoor seated area. The Living Room with its floor to ceiling glass is perched at a height above the public roadway to facilitate privacy whilst capturing the beautiful panorama and the nearby lake. The generous Kitchen/Dining area connects with the formal Sitting Room to the front of the house and the new Living Room to the side creating a fantastic and flexible space for all occasions.
