This 200 year old stone building is steeped in history having had many functions, including an RIC barrack and granary before becoming a family home in the recent past.
A rear contemporary flat roofed extension has been added to the building containing a spacious & light filled kitchen & dining area with direct access to the private rear garden and beautiful views.
The internal walls throughout the ground floor were demolished, to make way for new office, a bathroom, large living room and feature stairs.
The challenge was to transform what was a very small dwelling with small dark rooms into bright, light filled contemporary home and this is exactly what has been delivered.
